- Registration fees for CLASS™ Regional Trainings include continental breakfast, lunch, and all materials used in the course of the training.
- The registration fee for the CLASS™ Train-the-Trainer program also includes trainer materials necessary for conducting a subsequent training.
- Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
- Current CLASS™ Certification is a prerequisite for CLASS™ Train-the-Trainer programs.
- All programs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made at any time before the training. There is no charge for substitutions.
If you cancel your registration 30 days or more before the start date of the training for which you are registered, Teachstone will refund your registration fee minus an administration fee of $75.
If you cancel your registration 14 to 29 days before the start date of your training, no refund will be made; however, credit will be given toward a future CLASS™ training. The credit must be used for a training taking place within one year of the original training start date.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before the training start date, no refund or credit will be given.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to Teachstone via email, fax (434-293-4338) or mail (105 Monticello Avenue, Suite 101, Charlottesville, VA 22902).
